A group of white-identifying midwives works together using a shared set of intentions about goals and guidelines for interaction.
Immediately under the Antiracism sub-committee tab, we could have a brief explanation of what we do: “Our antiracism work occurs with oversight from the EDI committee, and includes regular social gatherings, self-directed education, and engagement with the work of addressing racism and white supremacy in our profession and places of work ”
